MOVE IN SUMMER 2026

Bond Housing Group  have  studios available  for  2026 move in. All of our  studios  are  accredited by  the well respected and professionally administered DASH accreditation scheme.  Most studios  are  available to  students and non students. Some (but not all) studios  can be rented by couples.   A large selection (around 50%) of our  studios  are listed  at www.bclin.uk/studios which shows  typical  studio types and pricing. Most of our adverts  are for  move in dates  June 2026 to Sept 2026. If you are looking  for a  move in  date  during  this period  (i.e  you are looking to move between January 2026 and  Summer 2026)  please  register NOW,  but note viewings will not start until 2 weeks before the studio is vacant for these  non- summer studios .  Please  register at  www.bondpropertygrouplincoln.com/register.

LINCOLN STUDENT GROUP SHARED STUDENT HOUSES/ FLATS - WE PRESENTLY  ONLY HAVE  HOUSE/ FLAT  SHARES AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE GROUPS 2 OR 5 STUDENTS 

Bond Housing Group  have  shared houses and flats  available  for  2026 move in . All of our  shared houses and flats  are  accredited by  the well respected and professionally administered DASH accreditation scheme.   Unlike  our most of our studios which are available to all, our  house and flat  shares  are only available to  students.

HOUSE /FLAT SHARE  MOVE IN  FOR SUMMER 2026 

Students  for house  and  flat  shares   please  register NOW as a complete group  (instead of independently/individually)  as we need to see  how many members are in the group  to arrange the viewing. The form for student  house and flat  share registration is www.bclin.uk/student.
