Finding our maintenance department offices on Clasketgate Lincoln

Our maintenance department office is at 25 Clasketgate Lincoln LN2 1JJ- next to Hansome Cabs but all visitors  are required to use the  rear 1st floor  entrance in Swan Street

If arriving by car  or making a delivery the post code for our Swan Street car park is LN2 1LF. Note that because Swan Street is one way, you will need to take the right turn before Swan Street which is Flaxengate.

Finding our reception desk at the University site


We have a key drop and pick up service,  and  small by hand deliveries (letters and packages only)  can be left (and signed for) and  tenants can also verify  their ID at our reception desk (10am to 4pm) on the University Site at Sparkhouse, Ropewalk Lincoln LN6 7DQ.  Large  deliveries must be made to our maintenance department office, not  to the University site.
