1  Find  suitable studios to view at www.bclin.uk/studios

All studios are owned by us and  have  been refurbished by us

2  Submit a viewing request by completing a registration form at www.bclin.uk/register

We will then contact you by phone or text to arrange your viewing

3  Attend  your viewing 

All viewings are  carried out by a director of  the business so we will be able to give  you a clear answer to any questions you may have

4  Apply for a Studio by completing the application  form at www.bclin.uk/application

We will give you a decision within an hour confirming if we are happy to rent to you – if it’s a yes from us  then we will ask you to  sign  your tenancy agreement and make payment

5  Sign  your  tenancy  agreement online

We will use the information from your application form to generate  your tenancy agreement which we send to you for  electronic signature to sign on line

We will make the EPC, the Gas Safety record, the EICR (Electric Condition Report) and the Government  How To Rent booklet available to  you  before  you sign  and before  you make any  payment to us 

6  Pay  your first  month’s (*) advance rent online (by debit or credit card)  at www.bclin.uk/accounts 

The payment you make is your first month’s rent  or part of your first month's rent (*), not a fee or a  holding deposit,  and it is non refundable if you don’t move in

(*) We can consider accepting just  the first week's rent  initially with the balance of  the first month payable just before move in

7  Complete the direct debit authority  at www.bclin.uk/accounts   within 7 days

You can pay ongoing rent weekly, 4 weekly or calendar monthly and please inform  us at this stage how you would like to make ongoing payments 

8  Get ready to move in !
